Constipation sucks wat shud i do , i tryed prune juice, now marilax ,im on the mushy diet no protein shakes, eatin lots of greens n im very uncomfortable n e sujestions??

    Omg impacted , wth... i drank the liquid stool sofener ,may dat will help.. this never happen to me ! If it doesn't ima call my dr , i cud image wat happens if iam impacted ...oh lawd:(
