Protein

I need more ideas for good protein, besides Quest bars and fish. What is everybody eating?

chicken, turkey, most lean meats, cheeses, greek yogurt, nuts... there are lots of choices here is a link that might help:

Tonight I ate pork loin, I use turkey like turkey breast ground turkey, turkey bacon, almonds, lots of chicken and protein powder in smoothies

Lean hamburger and my band seem to like each other. I do a little meatloaf here and there, stuffed red bell peppers with rice and hamburger. Deli turkey, steak sometimes. Pretty much everything I ate before I can eat now. Reheating fish and chicken is a problem so I try to keep those meats close to 6 ozs or so.

Meatballs made from any type of ground meat...turkey, chicken, beef, pork, veal. Beans, nuts, eggs, protein shakes (of course), Greek yogurt. Still on soft foods?...tuna, egg, and chicken salads, bean soups, cottage cheese. There are plenty of options...do an Internet search for high protein foods and see what appeals to your taste buds.

All of the above!
