  16. Who on here uses "My Fitness Pal?" I would like to follow some fellow lap banders and get new food ideas. I am Shaetran on My Fitness Pal. Let's get together. Thanks
  17. I was wondering about the port pain also. I am a massage therapist, and I returned to work 6 days post op and I have had the port pain to. I also experience it when I eat sometimes too. I thought maybe it had flipped of something. I don't see my Dr. until 2/25. Does the left side of your stomach stick out more than the right?

  19. I have had my ups and downs on this journey too (its only been 20 days). But I have to tell myself it is a major change and it will continue to be, it is kind of like starting you life over, at least the eating part anyway. Babies start with liquids and work their way to solids. LOL babies cry a lot too, when they are in the liquid stage. Lap band is a daily adventure, most days are great . I am in the stage of being freaked out about gaining weight, I never want to go back up on the scales, I think that is what keeps me going when I am feeling really bummed. Good to know I'm not alone. Thanks.
  20. That happened to me too. I got stuck at 226 for a bit. I found that it helps if you get in the calories your suppose too, I know its hard and if you get all that water in. It really makes a major difference.
  21. Omg! I have been craving movie theater popcorn since day 3 post op. I am now on day 17. Can we ever eat popcorn again?
  22. I was banded on 1/31/13. I have slept in my bed. On my back, and my side
  23. Thank you for your quick response. Great advice. I do not want to mess anything up or undo anything.
  24. Hi Everyone. I am new to this site. I was banded on 1/31/13. I think i finally have most of the gas gone and I am feeling real good. However I'm afraid to have sex. How long did you wait?
