  2. I totally understand, I have been snacking between meals, I know it's a mental thing but we gotta hang in there
  3. My start weight was 334, I got down to 304, now I'm 306. I really got mentally messed up and started to eat whatever I wanted, there are no foods I can't tolerant, I was banded in Feb 2013, I've had two fills and absolutely no restrictions. I can't fail at this, please help

  14. Just had surgery 2/12/13. The first few days following surgery I wasn't hungry at all, but almost two weeks out I'm starting to feel hungry. I haven't started the Muskie stage yet. Has anyone else experienced this.
