Hi everyone-
I am having my surgery 1 week from today and just starting to prep for after surgery. I was wondering what milk you all prefer to mix with your Protein powder and why. I go back and forth between them as I like them all. For example skim milk is most protein but also most carbs. I love almond because its so low in carbs but its also low in protein. And then soy is sort of in the middle.
Is one better than the other when it comes to weightloss? Thanks for your input!
