Got banded today!!!!Aft

After having my surgery postponed twice, I got banded today. I am so excited to be in the post-op portion of my journey. Surgeon said everything went well and besides being exhausted and my left shoulder hurting, I feel great. I know the shoulder will be something I will have to work through, and my belly is a ittle sore, but nothing major. If it wasn't for the shoulder pain, I would not need pain meds at all. Surgeon found a hiatal hernia, which he had suspected, and repaired it too. I am beyond happy and I am already down 12 lbs from pe-op diet.

Thank you all! I would be thrilled to not have to take acid reducers anymore. :)
