My lap band was done on Thursday. For all of u said it like doing hundred stomach crunches where correct,

.i am doing well other than back pain, I assuming that is gas. I couldn't be more please at the moment. Glad I was in the hospital last night as I had my blood pressure a lot and it was taken care off. Can any one suggestion on gas pains what is a good way to get thim out.
