Stomach pains after eating

I've noticed after I eat (30 min to an hour) I sometimes get some sharp cramping pains while I'm digesting. It sometimes gets worse and goes into my lower back. Does anyone else have this problem. I'm 7 weeks post op with no fill till next week.
