Before you go to sleep

How long do you think you should eat before you go to sleep? Because sometimes I find my food will repeat on me when I go to bed. It's not an every night thing but its horrible and keeps me up at night. How long does everyone wait?

Dr told me before surgery, do not lay down for at least one hour after eating.

I usually don't eat after my dinner around 6pm and never have that problem.

Good luck!

I had some delicious teriyaki salmon for lunch one day at noon..... It repeated on me until the afternoon of the next day.... !

That is the only food that this has happened with.

I would wait at least an hour after eating.

What does repeated mean?

I think by "repeat" means kept burping the taste of it up. I don't know where that phrase comes from, but I've heard it all my life.lol

That's what Omega 3 Fish Oil tablets do to me, it's gross

Sorry guys yes repeat means bringing it up at night. Not being sick but coughing or burping it up. Gross. More just annoying stops me from sleeping.
