Will I feel normal again?

Just wondering If on a regular basis I will be aware of my band. Aside from any complications, ie getting stuck, productive burps (all of which I'm trying to avoid)

The only time I'm aware of my band is when I eat too fast or take too big of a bite. Otherwise I'm completely oblivious to it.

Life with your band does require some time on a "learning curve", and is not difficult.

Best wishes on your journey...

I am not aware of my band until I see my scars and when I am eating............only the planning and chewing part of eating, not the actual eating part. (haven't been stuck yet)

The only time I think about my band is when I am eating....which is the point. ;)

You will feel better than normal. Once you start to lose weight you will feel fantastic!

I rarely think of my band, except when, as everyone else has said, I am eating.

Good luck.
