Just started pre-op diet, daily limit is 800 - 960 calories. Just enjoyed a yummy Premier nutrition chocolate shake for breakfast. Made a shopping list for pre and post op and I am headed to Costco in a few.

Went out to my favorite hamburger joint last night to say good bye to a few of my favorite foods, Hot Pastrami, Onion Rings, Diet Coke and a Chocolate shake (No, I didn't eat all that, I shared it with the rest of my family).

10 days until surgery and I am ready to do this thing.

congrats!

Congratulations! I am on the 10th!! Keep us posted!
