One of the things they told me is to let them control the journey. I believe that to an extent... But basically what I took is tell them what I want/need then let them do their work. Depending on the situation they may have called me right away. Right now I'm waiting for them to set up my phsyc Evals and nutritionist stuff. It's been a few days (4 total) but u think its bc of the holiday and the weekend.

If ur concerned about something call them! After all your paying them for their service.

Lemme know if u need any more help! I've met Austin team and San Antonio team! Their all great!!
