I signed up for a CrossFit competition February 17th I already registered and so excited about it!!

Good luck on your marathon!!!

Same ole, same ole. Try to stay in shape till summer comes, get a fill on Jan 11th, get back in the groove again. Might even shoot for a long bike ride with the "Ride the Rockies" bike event this coming summer.

Complete a round of insanity and be able to hike up and down the mountain at the Climb to Conquer Cancer in Feb

My personal targets for 2013 include reaching my goal weight and to have paid the surgery off both my 12 month anniversary-29th March. Neither will be easy but I'm determined to keep trying.

Exercise in 2013 will also be a big thing for me as I haven't tried too hard in that area and I really need to tone up now I'm nearly 50lb down.

Seasons greetings to you all and here's hoping 2013 is a good year for each and every one of us! x

My goal for 2013 is to take off 40 more lbs as quick as possible , so I can get 2 new knee's and really start living again.

I'm so excited to see a light at the end of the tunnel.

My goals for next year are a 5K, a mud run, getting myself a bike (have not ridden a bike in over ten years), and focusing on toning in hopes of tightening up some of this loose skin. I also want to try new physical activities like rock climbing, surfing, aerial, kickboxing and ziplining.

My new yr goal are:

Get financing for lap band.

Start couch to 5k.

Eat smaller portions, i eat healthy now but still eat a little to much. To much of anything, even salad, is to much.

Start the test of my life.

Complete the Insanity Workout before summer

Reach my goal weight before 1 yr on 9/4

I want to reach my goal by June 5 2013. I have 47 pounds to go !!! I have done lost 148 pounds since 6/5/12

I'm hoping to stay on course at 8-10 pounds a month loss. I will be close to my weight goal in my signature by my one year band anniversary. I'm not in a big hurry to lose the weight that has taken me a lifetime to gain. Eating better and good is the best way.

Best wishes to all

I am doing the PF Chang's half marathon for the 2nd time on 1/20/13 & the Climb to Conquer Cancer on 2/13/13. And, I plan to continue building my stamina up at the gym.

I am having Surgery Jan 22 and my goal is to lose my first 100 pound in 2013.

This seems like a good spot for my first post! Goal is really to put a major dent in my last 40 or so lbs left to lose. At this point I have to be much more restrictive with my diet and continue with my relatively intense and consistent workout regimen.

I also would like to transition from hiking to backpacking, doubling the size of my pack and maybe finding myself sleeping in the wilderness, more than 10 miles in from my car!

An ultimate goal for that is to climb Mt. Adams,.a non technical climb that includes an overnight on the way up.:)

And for sure another 1/2 marathon this year, with longer running intervals .
