i of course agree with floridays, i eat fruit DAILY but it does not make up my whole (food menu). you need fiber/protein etc...but ask your dr to be sure.

All fruit doesn't sound very balanced to me. I agree with Floridays, its a question for the professionals.

I have been wanting to go on a fruit only diet ( eating plan) do you think this would suffice to an ok eating lifestyle? I am the worlds pickiest eater but I love fruit.... Any thoughts
