I was a lucky one that didn't have one!

Adkins for 2 weeks.

I am on a high protein, low carb, low fat diet. No starchy foods; no sodas; no dairy (with the exception of low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese). Non-starchy veges (3 or less servings per meal) and on serving of low-carb fruit per day. On this for at least 2 weeks. One week down and not bad.

2 weeks of hell..... In the form of 5 optifast shakes and all the water, sodium free broth I wanted.

Floridays, I have seen a lot of people on the same pre-op diet as you were on. It sure makes me feel very fortunate to be on the pre-op diet I was given. Oh, and looking at your weight loss history since you were banded, may I say "excellent job".
