because of my (former size/girth) and that my knees and legs hurt and was not strong enough that all i could do was walk..little bit at a time..thats how i did it..

i was not responding to anyone in particular i was merely just posting to this thread. i walk my dobermans with my hub. started off to end of driveway and now am up to a block every day.

I am almost two months post op. and have not been exercising for the past 3 weeks. I just cant seem to get up the energy to get on my elliptical or go to the gym. Anyone have any ideas on how to get motivated again
