My First Weigh In

I was banded on Nov. 1st. I was at the doctor on Thursday and actually ASKED to get on the scale. I was down 13 pounds!!!! I was so excited! I could tell I was losing weight but had no idea it was that much. I feel so empowered!

    Wow! I'm getting banded in dec, I really hope I have progress as good as yours! Any advice?

    Follow you pre op diet no matter how much you want to cheat. You will have progress as long as you follow instructions, I promise. Don't weigh yourself everyday. You got this!!
