call your dr and tell them and let them advise you what to do..(the dr told me to use tylenol cold medicines (liquid)

Vitamins. Get hooked on gummies. Vit d, b12 n multi

Load up on vitamin c and gargle with warm salty water for your sore throat.

I would also say call your doctor and find out the best course of action. But other than that I would say make sure you are drinking lots of liquids- Water, hot cider (be aware of calories), decaf sf hot tea (add splenda if needed) and make sure you are taking your Vitamins. My Dr okayed me using the nasal sprays for stuffiness that has really helped me when I feel a cold coming on (I use 4-Way from the local pharmacy).

Do not take vitamins till okayed by doctor!! I was told to wait 2 weeks before restarting.
