It's official I am in the Post-Op stage got my band today. Not much pain at all right now just sleepy. Lol I keep checking in N out on the family. No shoulder pain or much gas coming out of either end yet but the lil that does come out from the top is loud. I won't see my Dr

Good luck.. some of the gas just has to re-absorb and will not come out either end. Take it easy the rest of the day and follow your post-op directions! Call the doctor's office when in doubt. We have experience, but no MDs! At least I do not!

Congratulations!!! Walking helps with the gas. I've had a few friends get the band and they said they felt way better after walking.

Day 2 and I am feeling good except for the shoulder pain I just got and mad it is irritating OUCH !!!!!!!! But everything else is ok I feel good lots of walking i have been doing. I'm feeling a lil hungry but I just drink my water with my diet snapple
