Because you just had surgery 4 days ago. You still have a lot of healing to do. Rest, drink lots of Water, follow your post op diet, and give yourself time to heal.

I think I may have consumed less during the first 4 days post up than I was supposed to eat in a day. It's normal. Your appetite will return soon.

I had surgery on 11-6 been doing good just soar really and trying to keep my migraine which cause nausea in check. This morning I woke up feeling beyond crummy I got my period and its heavy which is unusual for me because I usually get light ones, a severe migraine and nausea.Any Idea how help with this annoying problem? I also noticed I'm waking up every morning feeling crummy. Why?
