The only flavor that is the wonderful is the Milk Chocolate especially when the shake is extra cold and a little icy!!! That is the only flavor that I like and I drink it every morning.

Yes, I have used them and I like them. I like the cafe caramel better over the mocha but my sister likes the mocha better. I guess it's a matter of choice. I have tried them all except the breakfast ones. They have more carbs that the other ones and less protein. I have also used the eas brand and the muscle milk light. I like them all.

I think they are useless you will get more benefits out of half a glass of milk with an egg mixed into it.
