I was told nothing but walking for 6 weeks.

I was told as I could tolerate, but I wasn't into weight lifting or anything.

why dont you just call your dr in the morning and ask just to be safe

we all are different with different physical ailments and situations.

your dr would know what is best for you

I was doing the treadmill day 4 and about day 11 moved to the elliptical. I don't hold on to the elliptical handles so I needed more core strength to keep my balance. Day 15 I could start swimming again.

I was told just walking for 6 weeks, but walk a little further every time. I'm cleared for exercise in 2 weeks :) can't wait!
