5 Days Post Op, Craving Meat

5 days post op, and im really craving meat,, nothing else just meat, any ideas how i can curb it ???

Have some beef broth, or I like Chinese hot and sour soup. Just have the broth,leave the veggies etc for the disposal. You can survive, we all did. best wishes!! Karen

I agree strain soup. Also Mrs Dash makes some nice non salt flavorings that I added to broth and soup to jazz them up. Add before heating so the herbs reconstitute (they are teeny tiny so you don't have to worry about them).

I am 4 days post op, and ive been having chicken broth and tonight my hubby is making homemade chicken soup, and im looking foward to having the broth from it!!
