Infertility

Here is my situation, I got my band 6 months ago, I have been able to loose 44 pounds so far, I think my body has a set weight that it's fighting me to keep, it's been difficult for me to loose weight do to my hormonal problems, I really want to have another baby and my ob/gyn advised me that I will need to loose weight in order to ovulate normally, this is one of the main reasons why I got my band in the first place, I want to be healthy for my self and my family, I follow all the instruction from my doctors and I am just not loosing enough weight, any suggestions or anyone that is going through the same things as me, thank you for any advise...
