Not Eating Much

Ok I had surgery on Friday I only had 2 slip of egg drop soup,2 slips of broth& 2 slip of boost some unsweet tea and a little water is this normal

Did your doctor add fill during surgery? You should be able to drink a lot more than that per day. You need to make sure you don't get dehydrated.

Also Boost is low in Protein. You need to be getting around 20-25 g of protein per shake.

Definitely you need more protein.... I agree with Holly Dolly.

if dr not available talk to nurse! You need to keep your protein steady and up otherwise, you will be weak and it will be harder to get your journey started.

Thanks I talk with my dr today I started back on my protein shake today and I take a protein shot too. Have any one heard of V shape shakes they have 12grams of protein per serving? The protein shots have 26 grams per shot but the taste is nasty.

I agree, get that protein in. Sip protein first, it's the most important aside from water. Good luck :)
