  1. 1. How should we rid the world of Girl Scout Cookies?

    • We all meet in a central place with our cookies & have a cookie bonfire!
    • Drop them off at the Anorexia hospital
    • Flush them down the toilet
    • EAT ALL THE COOKIES in one sitting 'til their gone - just to end the torture & get it over with!!

If there's not someone in your immediate vicinity that you could give them to, I'd throw them away. I know that my addiction to food, especially things like Girl Scout Cookies would prevent me from acting responsible around them. It's not worth the money, the calories -- or what it does to us, mentally, when we fail in our attempt to avoid temptation -- to keep them around and see what happens.

Maybe I'm taking this too seriously, but for me, it's a serious issue. I *can't* have stuff like that around. For me, it would be like an alcoholic keeping beer in the fridge.

I read Mikey's thread. HILARIOUS!! If you haven't read it yet, GO READ IT NOW!! It's a great laugh. (Okay, so why are you still reading this?!?!?!)

Jonathan, I hear ya. I can't have the junk in the house either. The problem is - my kids & husband were here when the Girl Scouts delivered them. They screamed in EXCITEMENT when they saw them.

After my terrible binge yesterday, the Cookies are in my husbands work truck. But, I know they're there & CRAP, I can hear them calling out my name. :decision:

HAHAHA You want torture....Last year my DW ordered me a whole case, twelve boxes, of Samoas. I love them, they are my most favorite Cookies in the world. They arrived right after we started the Atkins diet. I left them in the case for 9 months...then gave away all of them to our son and his friends. All except one box, which I used to Celebrate our 30th Anniversary, back in September. I purchased a small carton of milk, sat down on the airplane to Las Vegas, and devoured the entire box. And yes...it was VERY satisfying, thank you very much.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing. I have bought 3 boxes, I believe I will be taken all 3 to work. I love the samoas and the Peanut Butter and I would eat 1 or 2 everytime i saw them on the table but come Monday i will send an email for everyone in my dpt to come get Cookies.< /p>

I think that you should take them to work and put them on a pretty plate and let others enjoy them and stay wayyyyy back from the plate.

Now the poll reads that we should all just eat them in one sitting & end the torture. So........grab a big ol' glass of milk and ENJOY!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
