Thanks Larry! It looks great as usual. I had a combo productive and relaxing weekend. Thanksgiving day shopping done, house fairly well cleaned, laundry done, front yard cleaned up and deep watered, bed linens changed, additional shopping, cooking, church, plus reading , TV and computing. All in all a great weekend!

Wow! For me to accomplish that many things in one weekend I would have to include things like getting out of bed and taking a shower.

After not losing last week, I'm weighing in today at 170.4! That's down 3 pounds!!! I haven't lost 3 pounds in a week in almost a year. This brings my BMI to 25.1. One more pound and I'll be normal for the first time since I was about 2 years old!!!

Ugh, Weighing in at 248... still. This has been a rough week. I was in a play, and there was food in the play, that I partook of (chips) and of course final performance someone made dip, there were cheese and crackers, macaroon bars... Then of course there was dinner out.. It was just a bad week. Now, even though there were all those temptations availabe, I only had a little bit, so to maintain after all of that, I feel like I did okay.

Here's to Turkey Day, and a fill on Friday (hopefully)!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
