It's water weight. You don't gain 7lbs in a week.

I gained about 3 last month. Thank God it went away quite quickly afterward.

I found I gain about 4 - 5 ... really stinks but goes away within days. Thank goodness!!

Time of the Month, or a period.

I totally forgot about TOM! Well, I didn't really forget, she reminds me monthly... ..I just forgot about the possibility of weight gain. Thank you for the reminder, now I can go back to being my happy self. I thouhgt I had done something wrong...lol...

Gain 2-3 here along with sweet & salty cravings

I too gain 7lbs of water weight--I have since the start of my period. It takes me a couple of days, then I am back to normal. Sometimes I will do mostly shakes all day at the end of TOM to speed the process up.

I gain about 3 lbs., but then it goes away.

WOW.. I completely forgot about that "small" thing! I had a partial hystrectomy about 3 yrs ago and haven't

had one of those since! Talk bout feelin stupid...LOL!! Thanks for the reminder!!
