Unjury with water?

I am interested in trying Unjury Protein powder, but can it be mixed with Water instead of milk?

Technically I guess it can but I wouldn't recommend it. I use the unflavored type all the time and mix it with Crystal Light; it kind of has an almost Gelatin like taste (IMO) that I think would be untolerable unless mixed with something. The flavored ones I've tried with coffee but never just plain old water; don't think it would taste very good.

It says on the can it be mixed with any liquid just watch going over 130 degrees or the texture goes funky. I just had my first Unjury today with 8oz of almond milk. It was delish. Heard a great tip, on here I believe that if you sift your Protein Powder prior to mixing (like you would flour in a cake recipe) I will mix totally smooth. I of course in my haste forgot to try it but will next time.
