Wishbone light Italian also 35cals and very good. I like a vibrant dressing cuz I use less. Can't do any creamy ones, too easy to overdo. I like newmans own products, Will give that a try.

Has anyone tried the wishbone vinaigrette salad spritzers yet? They have 4 kinds & i believe they are all about 10 sprays for 10 calories! LOVE THEM!

Oops there's 5 kinds...i just looked. We are missing the Raspberry Bliss. We have the Ranch, Caesar Delight, Italian and Balsamic.

I've tried the spritzes and they are ok. I don't buy them anymore. I just use low fat dressing, but I measure it out. I like Italian as it spreads over a big salad easier and its got so much flavor. I use Wishbone light, its 35cals per 2T. I have found that if I put my salad in a mixing bowl, add my dressing and then toss really well I can get a fully dressed salad with a small amount of dressing. I just have to wash an extra bowl, but thats ok :)

I couldn't give up my ranch so I buy the Hidden Valley packets and mix it with 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1/2 cup FF sour cream.

Three months and four days ago... I was in Costa Rica having a life changing surgery! Yesterday we had a followup visit with Dr. Esmeral via video chat and this morning my middle number changed.  I'm down 47lbs and two pants sizes. I can wear a Large tshirt for the first time in like... 14 years! Woot!! Everything is going great. I have zero regrets. I went down to the riverwalk with a friend and walked 2 miles on Monday without even getting fatigued. And no more snoring or chugging pickle juice for crazy leg cramps! I need to go to the gym more... I'm making new shirts next week so that will motivate me. LOL But I'm also just not as TIRED all the time! I have a LONG way to go...but seeing the progress on the scales and in the mirror is a huge motivator!! Thank you all for cheering me on and supporting me!!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.
