Iphone users is there a good food journal app?

I'm looking for something I can put on my Iphone where I can log my daily food intake and track my weight.

Have you found any good apps for that? There are so many. I've been looking through them all but I thought I'd see if you guys recommend any.

I use my fitness pal. And the Nike plus gps for my walking.

I use Lose It! You can track calories, protein, carbs, etc. You can also record your weight daily and the app adjusts your calorie intake according to your weight loss goals. Another app is Livestrong. I downloaded that one as well. Has many of the same features. Seems to have a more extensive database of foods but I use Lose It because I think its very simple to use. You can also add the calories you burn from working out. Hope this helps.

I use Lose It too. Use it on my iPhone, iPad and computer.

I too use Lose It. I have been using it for over a year and love it!

Thanks for the suggestions. I've been using SparkPeople and I like it, but I've now downloaded both livestrong and lose it to try for a week and see.

Lose it so far is really good and it's FREE!

I use the livestrong daily plate or my plate. I can use it on

My iPhone, blackberry and it is on the web too so basically I have noexcuse to not track

I use myfitnesspal. It was free and simple to use. Lets you track foods, excercise water intake etc. Records weight and all.

OMG! I downloaded Lose It last night and I'm loving it! So easy and I love the fact that can I add any foods to it that aren't listed in the database.

Thanks guys!

I use Fitday. I love that it tracks Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein with my daily totals at the top of the screen so I always know where I am with both calories and protein.:D

I ditto LiveStrong. Everyone in my family has it. It's on my iPhone, iPad, laptop, desktop... It's my accountability counter!

I'm gonna check it out.

I was using one, I forget the name, but it was giving all these things based on normal people. Not accounting that I had the band so that bothered me.
