I felt that way at first but it went away.

i'm 11 days out and feeling "hungry" is painful for me too. when i feel it start coming on i try to get something soon so it doesn't hurt bad. glad to hear this might go away!

Yup, even after almost two years if I do not eat when I should and let it go it hurts pretty badly, I try so hard not to let that happen.

does it feel similar to running cramps? i'm 5 days post op and today is the first day i've had an ache like that.

sharon

yeah. for me i think it kinda is like running cramps when it gets real bad. just under my left rib like i have a "stitch" from running or something. how wierd i never thought to describe it that way, but you're right.

I am aware that I am a slow loser, comments in regards to my slow weight loss are not welcome, I have done nothing wrong, there is nothing wrong with me, we are individuals and lose weight differently.

Your silence will not save you

I don't get your signature--what's the last part mean? Just curious.

Sorry for hijacking the thread, so in response to the OP, hunger has always hurt my stomach--that's one of the reasons I could never last long on WW--when all the points were gone for the day and I was still hungry (painfully) it was unbearable.

I thought everyone felt hunger as stomach pain--no? I still do--even after being banded--but now it takes much longer to get to that point. That's the reason I don't stick to the "three meals a day, no snacking" lapband rule--I have three small meals and three very small Snacks every day. Works for me.

OK. glad to see Im not alone. Im on my 2nd day out and H U N G R Y!!!!!! The chicken broth is going through like water - although with it being warm, it feels nice. Im going to try some tomato soup for "dinner".

Does anyone feel like letting an unsalted cracker get soaked in the soup till its real mushy and eating it is a bad thing? I need some substance!

Any suggestions?
