I try to only weight myself once a week, on Friday, but I fail. Always! I usually weigh once a day (sometimes more) and only update on Friday >>.

I weigh about every other day...but, I too, am becoming obsessed. I will start today just weighing each Monday and then try and move to once a month.

I weigh my daily but only record it once a week.

I refuse to get discouraged if a gain a pound or 2 in a day because it is usually gone the next.

I weigh myself in the am and in the pm most days. I have learned to understand how my body(weight) reacts to different things. I know that I am usually higher by at least 2lbs at night.

I too weigh myself daily first thing in the morning. For me it reinforces my accountability. If i do not check in with the scale I am not confronting my demons head on. I also only record my weight one day a week. It use to be mondays but i am switching to Thursdays to coincide with my banding day.

I weigh daily....it used to drive me crazy, and when I was heavier I had to stop with the obsession. But now that I am closer to goal, it doesn't bother me if I don't lose weight on a daily basis!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
