  1. Hi. I'm a little over 3 months post-op. I've had 2 fills and am due for my third fill on this friday. I have no real restriction and Up until last week I've never had a stuck episode. Now it seems like everything I am eating gets stuck. Is this normal? to feel like you're getting restriction at the end of a fill? thanks!
  2. I had my surgery in Feb and I was only able to sit/sleep in a recliner the first few days. Laying on a bed was not an option for me
  3. It is definaetly nice to know that others feel the same way. I just had my second fill this past tuesday and right now am not feeling any real restriction. I read that people sometimes have luck on the second fill - not me. LOL Its good to know that there is a silver lining coming..

  6. So yesterday I went shopping for some clothes for a vacation i'm going to be taken... Before I got banded I was a size 22/24 in pants yesterday I bought size 18!!! I was so excited I started to scream in the dressing room.. Everyone must've thought I was nuts... Oh well but i'm sooooo excited!!

  8. i'm not sure what I'm allowed to take for allergy medication. I'm 2 months banded and my allergies have really started to be bad this week. Can anybody give me any suggestions please?!?! Thanks

  11. I just got my first fill on this past Tuesday. They numbed me first so it wasnt that bad, just some pressure. I had 3cc's put in. Good luck!

  17. Hi. I'm taking lexapro and Wellbuterin XL. The Lexapro is no problem because the pills are small but the Wellbuterin is a little larger. I have to ask my DR. if she can change me to a smaller dose and take two smaller pills instead of one larger one.

  19. I'm two weeks banded and I definaetly have not been able to get in all of my liquids. I dont think I've gone past 32oz. yet. Sipping is very hard because I'm so used to taking big gulps. Glad to know that I'm not alone in this.
  20. I was banded on Feb 4th. I just started regular foods today after a week of mushies. So far so good with chicken, but then again there is no restriction.

  22. I took off a week. I'm on my feet all day at work being in retail. I wish I had taken more time off due to being very tired and low energy.
