  2. hey guys its me adam i have an embarassing you see i have very bad constipation the worse you can think of and im not dramatising it lol you know when you have to push really hard and it gets to a point you get this feeling of nausious and all that does it put a lot of strain on your stomach band im only 12 days into it im really sorry if i grossed anybody out:confused::wink2:
