YouTube Bandsters

Hey Everyone, I am sure most of you have already discovered this, but YouTube has some great lap-band journey videos.

I decided to start posting too - just as an additonal tool for accountability - nothing like seeing yourself on video.

My channel is ONEDERLANDER if you want to check my first post out - no laughing :-)

It was my first time and I was a little nervous :)

Let me know if any of you guys have channels - I would love to subscribe.
