Valentine Day Challenge?

i am trying to create my own ticker and go to home page and cannot get started. could you guide me please

I just clicked on someone else's and its a link that takes u to the site. Then, after u make one for you, paste it in the not html version in your signature under customize profile. It updates automatically when u update it at the ticker site.:blushing:

oh and I will weigh in next week since I just started yesterday

I'm in as of today I weigh 267, but my goal is 20 pounds. That will make me 247 by valentimes day. I get first fill the 6th so i'm hoping to loose more.

I am so down! I just got banded on Dec. 10th. So a challenge sounds great! 6 wks til the 14th. I am challenging myself to lose 15lbs! Can't wait! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!

I weighed in at 222 today, my goal is 15 lbs by Valentine's day which would make me 207, wow I can't remember the last time I weighed that.

I gained over the holidays! (*&^%$$#@ My weight was 180 this morning. I haven't changed my ticker. Hopefully, I'll take it off quickly.

I definitely need to get in on this! I need a jumpstart! I am nowhere near my sweet spot, so I think that 10lbs. by V-day is a good goal. :rolleyes2:

I am definitely in. My weight as of 01/04/10, is 203. I will try to lose 10lbs.

I'm in for the Challenge. I would like to loose 15lbs, that would make me under 200!!!WOW I don't remember the last time I was under 200.....

I'd like to join the challenge also. I'm pre-band and I gained weight over the holidays, the bariatric clinic is not happy with me right now.

Current weight: 238.6

Goal for 2/14: 10 pounds down, 228.6

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
