8 inches in 8 weeks! Just bought a new pair of dress pants with a 44" waist. Two days before I started the weight loss challenge I bought a pair of 52s - my biggest ever. I may burn those tonight. They are never going on this body again.

you'd think having gone through the 2 week diet already id know how i'd feel, but it seems its sucks a lot more the second time around!

going to make it a great week! I'm down more weight so this week I will repeat my meals, up the water and exercise.

Down 4.2 lbs today very pleased. Hope I am off my plateau. Losing inches but no weight x 2 weeks, but was told the inches come before we see lbs off the scale.

I knew it would happen...I just didn't know when. Plateaued for 2 weeks and it is discouraging. Hopefully next week is better.
