Liquid Tylenol?
Liquid Tylenol is THE BOMB. Great stuff. It is NOT childrens Tylenol. I had my surgury 6 months ago and it was all I needed. Had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and its all I used again. I found it in Genardies Supermarkets only.

Fills in Philadelphia?
Hi Fox, Although I'm sure they are capable of the Fluro fills I never had it done. It took 6 fills to get me right. 10cc's in a 10cc band. Are you getting banded in Mexico? I was able to have it done cheaper at Abington then going to Mexico. Plus sure was nicer being in my bed with the remote in my hand vs. riding home in a jet next day. Be sure you check out both ways. Tom

For VG 10 cc Bandsters ONLY
Hey Syrah, Low fat, low carb, no alcohol but yet all good in moderation. It can drive you nuts. (which aren't bad either in moderation). If meat is not your thing how about fish? The way they are packing tuna lately allows you to stick it in you pocket and eat it anywhere. Seems like the only thing anyone can agree on is eat your protein.

For VG 10 cc Bandsters ONLY
Well I finally am filled up to 10cc in my 10cc band after almost 6 months of being banded. I was really starting to worry. Believe it or not I am just now finally understanding what restriction is. Iven at 9,5 not much but that extra .5 was what I needed. I guess my Dr was right, You got to take it up slow until you hit your spot. Scale finally starting to move again.

i wondering if this only works for the first month then...it's just counting calories
Hey Wintersunshine, I was banded on May 8th. Lost about 25 pounds over first 10 weeks. Only lost about 7 more in the last 10 weeks. Nobodys fault but my own but that being said my normal MO would have been a loss of 12 pounds and a gain of 15 without the band. I feel I could use more restriction BUT being able to maintain my loss rather then gain is a huge part of long term success. Good Luck.

Drinking and the band
I find no restriction whatsoever when it comes to any liquids including beer. My MO is to only drink ZERO calorie drinks but I do enjoy a drink or 3. A large glass of DIET Cranberry with a shot of vodka keeps me entertained at a cost of only 125 cal per drink. If you can plug in a bottle of water between drinks you can hang all night without getting loaded and sacraficing little calories.

For VG 10 cc Bandsters ONLY
I am up to 10cc in a 10cc band. Dr says you can actually put more then 10cc in them. Had no restriction at 9cc. Had another cc added yesterday. Hope it does the trick.

Dizzy / Lightheaded???
I was banded 5/8/07. I just started experiencing lightheadedness (is that word?) over the last few days. Did some research and found it can be caused by low protine as well as low blood pressure. Considering we are both diagnosed with HBP I doubt it is related to low. Count your grams of protine. The protine helps retain your hair also.

For Just Us Guys
Hey Marc: I was about $12,000 self pay in Philadelphia but my insurance company seemed to be OK with picking up tab for most of the pre-testing. PB means productive burping. Its a nice way of saying you ate too much and its going to come back up. Not like an explosive vomit but more like what happens if you chug a beer too fast. (those were the days). If you eat slow, chew well and don't overeat you will not experience it but as we are all human you cant help but experiment. As far as overnight, with your sleep apnea you can be assured you WILL be an overnighter. Good Luck. Get er done!!

A-May-zing Bandits July Challenge
Well I an going to up it to 45 minutes at least 2o days this month. I am off to Ireland in a few weeks so should be plenty of walking opportunities. Hopefully most of them are not back and forth to the pubs. There is a website President's Challenge that you can track your Physical activity on. I am hoping to reach 20,000 points be August 31. I am now at 15103.

For Just Us Guys
Hi All: Got my second fill 5 days ago. NOW I know what PBing and slime is. YUCK. Thinking I should have sruck with DR advice to do 2 days liquid and 2 days mushies but after first fill I was back on solids in 2 days. I guess the closer you get to "the spot" the better you need to behave. Planning on keeping with liquids for the next few days and see if things settle down. I am scheduled for another fill in 9 days but will cancel if I dont loosen up.

Tight 12 days after fill - Chance it will go down?
I had my second fill 5 days ago. Added 2cc for a total of 7. Dr asked me to make another appt in 2 weeks but I may cancel as time nears. Never knew what PBing and slime was but I sure do now. Going back to liquid/soft until things settle down.

Hey All: Great weekend. I have been on the July Challenge and it has really been the kick start I need. I only missed one day out of 8 so far so well on target. Weight is finally moving.

For Just Us Guys
Hey All: Great weekend. I have been on the July Challenge and it has really been the kick start I need. 20 days of exercise (plus 64 oz of water a day which in NBD 2 me) during the month of July. I only missed one day so far. Weight is finally moving. I go for second fill on Tuesday. It will be 2 1/2 weeks since first fill. Although it seems I can still eat almost as much as before, (had a few outings where I really loaded up) I do not get hungry as fast. Probably lost about 10 pounds during that time so not sure if Dr. will be too aggressive with fill. Other then being able to eat a lot I have no complaints. Hope all is well with everyone.

Men Only
Makes very little sense to me except when you gain muscle it weighs more then fat. That being said I am betting that 125 you are looking to loose is not all muscle.
