  1. Positive vibes and prayers being sent your way. I am getting ready to head to the hospital also, scheduled for 8 AM.
  2. Thank for reminding me about the phone charger! Doy! My brain is not functioning right today. A lot of anxiety. Those of you that don't have to drink the citrate, you are LUCKY. This stuff was nasty and leaves a horrible after taste. My stomach is hurting something fierce right now. Tomorrow is the big day ! Woot Woot !
  3. I am bringing the same and figure if I need anything else, I will have my husband take care of it. I tend to "overpack" so this is killing me to pack so lightly. I've read on here that most people don't use all the other stuff they bring , so I'm taking that advise.
  4. I just finished the bottle! How gross tasting... yuck!! Now, I guess I wait for the fun to begin... ughhh LOL =)
  5. My "Day Prior to surgery" instructions read ; Mag citrate is a laxative that will clean out your bowels in preparation for surgery. Eat a light supper of clear liquids after taking the prep.
  6. @ lammrd81 - did you drink the bottle at once ? or over a couple hours ? I am not sure how I am supposed to drink this... If I should just chug it or if I can sip it over a couple hours... Dang, I definitely should have gotten some clarification on this!
  7. I am excited and nervous for tomorrow. I wonder what my fellow September 4th sleevers are doing today ? Other sleevers, what did you do the day before surgery ? I just took a shower and am getting ready to drink the magnesium citrate. Exciting, I know ! LOL
  8. Great job! Congratulations =)
  9. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your story. Just another reason why I love this site. Words are powerful and so much of what you said resonated with me. I am scheduled to be sleeved in 2 days (Tuesday, the 4th) and just having a lot of nerves. Thanks again for your honesty and sharing your story.
  10. I am scheduled for Tuesday also and very nervous! I can't think straight and have a lot of anxiety
  11. Congratulations! You look great and should be proud
  12. Great news ! I am scheduled for the 4th also ! Best wishes to you.
  13. Thanks for sharing your experience. I am scheduled for 9/4 and quite nervous. It is encouraging to see uplifting stories like yours. Congratulations and best wishes to you.
