  4. the 3-5 days post op is when all the swelling and actually surgery is in full effect. That swelling inside will go down in a couple of days just make sure you are taking your meds and drinking your water. If you don't have a fever then you should feel much better in a day or 2. Good luck the first couple of weeks it can make you question your choice to have had it done but you will get through it. and be glad you did
