At first I could eat anything and no problem now a few weeks out I've had quite a few episodes with food getting stuck and have thrown up 2 times.
MOST times I can eat alot more than 1/2 a cup.. Do I need a FILL??
How do you know if you have the right restrictions? When food gets hung?
I'm still hungry after most meals but get uncomfortable while eating at times.
When you get the hiccups is that a sign of full even though I'm not?
I'm down about 19 lbs in less than 2 months which I think is good BUT most of that was the first 4 days.. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
