  6. It takes our brains a little while to catch up. I'm still fat so of course I still see myself that way LOL! But, I've lost 70 some pounds so far. But, with clothes I think a lot of its tight because it's a smaller size then I'm used to.... and often times people will come up to me and say look.. and grab my loose pants and have TONS of room.

  8. Ive read that people who get enough Protein still lose hair. That your body is in shock so losing hair just happens because you dont need it to survive. I'm 2 months out and it's started
  9. There's no way around it. it's REQUIRED. Otherwise if they see you dont have it, they'll deny you. I think they use it to test your commitment
  10. I used the wedge. I didn't think I would like it. But, it helped so much! At least for a few days.. It hurt to lay on my sides.

  13. Are you sure your hungry? And, its not just too much acid? I ended up starting mushies earlier (2 days) because liquids were bothering me. I just started small

  16. Other than the vitamins, I just take an acid medicine and a medicine to help my gallbladder Not too bad!
  17. I was really lucky because I had done a 6 month weight management program thingy with work within the timeline my insurance wanted. At the time I did that program I wasnt even considering WLS I was simply doing it to lose weight... That being said I decided in July I wanted surgery. Researched.... and all that fun stuff... and had my surgery in December!

  19. I'm only two months out but the changes my surgery as brought to me are AMAZING. I'm so glad I made my decision. The sleeve REALLY is a great tool!
