Ok I know I posted about it on my status thingy but I wanted a post too!

Anyway I work at a school for emotionally disturbed children. I absolutely LOVE what I do. But it can be hard at times. I hear "fat B*tch* pretty often.

But, I'm rather used to it.. and don't let it get to me.

I have been wondering lately if any of the kids have noticed my weight loss. I mean everyone else is ALWAYS commenting on it.. so Yeah.

Today I'm sitting in my area with a student who is waiting on his bus. We start talking.

Him: Can I ask you a question?

Me: Sure!

Him: Have you lost weight?

Me: (unsure what to say!) Does it look like it?!

Him: Yes, so did YOU?!

lol. I just loved it! YAY!

Plus both my brothers have now commented on my weight loss. telling me I look great. this is HUGE for me because I have ALWAYS been so much bigger than them

Let me be the first to say.... YEY YOU!!! Ain't that a lovely feeling when you hear a compliment from the least expecte place...

In the not too distant future, you are really going to confuse the kid who calls you "skinny B!*" when you break into a grin and say "yup!"
