  1. Very! Like someone else above, I can't eat in the mornings. Just drink coffee until about 11am. And it depends on the day; some days I get stuck on everything (even if it's foods I usually eat with no issues), other days it seems like literally there's no band there. I've had four fills and 2 defills....I'm not sure now if I need another fill or not. Evenings I'm very loose, mornings I'm very tight. This is more difficult than I thought it would be!
  2. Yes, good advice. Every doctor seems to have a different plan for their patients. Mine advocates snacks, while others do not. As mentioned above, perhaps a couple of healthy snacks will help you!
  3. It's still only been three months, and sometimes it can take longer to get the levels right. Don't get discouraged; your weight loss is going great! It doesn't look like you're eating anything but Protein, should you mix some veggies and fruit in there? Myself, I find them hard to eat but others do well. Maybe you need a LITTLE more? I don't even know how much I have in my band (had several defills and refills, lol), and now some days I feel like I need a fill. Other days I PB everything I eat.
  4. Hey there! I'm new to this forum (but have been on such things previously). Awaiting my surgery date on August 27/10 and could not be more excited. Don't have insurance (not sure if it's covered in Ontario anyways?) so I'm paying for it myself, but I think I'm worth it! Hopefully will get to know you over the next while! Thanks!
