  1. The best advice I can give you is to use this web site everyday while you are in this transitional period.....also use your own god given brain.....log every calorie down and just do the math....water, and exercise will do the rest....good luck you seem like a sharp pup!
  2. I say everyone gave you spot on advice....just do it!
  3. As long as it is toasted, I don't have a problem with bread.....I love sourdough, and rye bread...yum,yum....Also sourdough muffins!
  4. o.k. I agree with you to an extent.......I can easily loose weight between 1616 and 1856 so depending on your size( I say use the calorie calculator) find out really what your age, body, weight...to loose weight there are a lot of variables!

  7. The first pizza I had was a round table single serve (it was yummy) As for spaghetti, having it tonight, but made with ground turkey and useing whole wheat penne......gosh I love food!
  8. Well I have been at 202 for over a month now! I have been exercising...walking 3.5 miles every day, and eating between 1200 and 1400 calories.....I just cAN'T SEEM TO GET TO ONEDERLAND! Well I might have to go on liqueds or something stupid like that. I did not do very well on liqueds before, maybe for a week though! 9. I drink budwiser 55........only 55 calories per beer......me loves them! I have not found anything I can not drink! On that note, it's happy hour time and a vodka with peach snapple (0) cal is in order! Peace out and party on!
  10. Hey Sistersue, I am right on your page......I live in a really small town too, and know everyone! I also want overweight people to feel free to ask me anything about it they want too.
  11. I am the same exact way I will talk to anyone, and tell any thing they want to know.....It does keep you accountable when everyone knows! Being down 60 pounds, everyone is really noticing and gotta say it feels great.....but they also see me hitting the pavement every day 45-60 minutes a day, and I really think that is the key! No one would say anything to my face, their too scared...and I don't really care what they say behind my back....I mean really don't they have anything better to talk about than me? Poor, poor people! Just kidding, but not really...hahaha
  12. I am at 203.......I can't wait till I hit onederland! I have not seen that for over a good 10 years! Good luck all!
  13. I love, love, love sushi and it would be my preferred type of food to eat if I go out. Alas that doesn't happen often....but when I do eat it I'm in heaven!
  14. Well, I started at 262......size 22 (ouch) I am 5'9", and now at 200 I fit into 15 juniors LEI brand from wall-mart and a 14 misses just doesn't fit right......at the end of the day I want to fit into a size 9 and wear a meduim top.........O.K. I may be happy with a 10, but I really want a 9. You know that is a single digit size.:Banane04:
  15. I agree with you Jack espcially on number 2.......I find if I keep to the dense protien, I don't even think about snacking! And although tuna has tons of protien I think it lacks in density! Think I'm switching to albacore! hahahaha

  20. I love allrecipes.com, and most of the recipes do have nut. value also I love allcooks.com. Sometimes when I find a recipe I like that isn't all that skinny, I search the net for maybe lower fat versions of it! There are probably a dozen diff ways to fix the same dish! I am always trying new recipies! Pooh on same ol' stuff week in and week out!
