  3. Fustrated Ugh!!

    So I have been feeling pretty down lately and i dont really even know why i am being banded on 2/15 and i just keep on thinking what if something happends and i cant get banded what if what if what if .. yesturday i went to my surgeons office to get the sleep apena machine to do my last thing and it wasnt in bc of the snow the other day so i just felt like it was a waste of a trip everything around me seems to be falling apart and i dont know how to pick up the pieces at all it feels like everything is shattering around me .. and alls i want is so be happy and not be depersed and have this super ober feeling that is inside of me I have been doing so good with not drinking coffee or soda to get ready for my surgery and yesturday i wasn feeling down to and caught myself drinking a latte that made me even more down I Need to do this for me and its so hard i hate letting myself down I Just dont know anymore Im just feeling so down and i cant snap out of it

In about 25 days is going to be the time to start my journey and make my self healther and happier being over weight is killing me when i was a teenage in high school I was over weight but that people started making fun of me and that kills u the most u cant help what u are some people cant controll what they are and how life comes at them i got tired of people making fun of me while i was in highschool so i slowly almost stoped eating i would eat here and there and i was only over weight i was about 190 when i was a freshman in highschool when i became a junior in high school i was 136 and i felt great i got to wear the clothes i wanted and the ride comments had stoped but then when i graduated high school i started to become lazy with my self and didnt care what i would eat i ended up in a horriable position when i was 18 so i would constanly eat without thinking about it . it was horiable than a year later when i was 19 i started to hear thouse rude comments again like OMG LOOK AT HER SHES SO FAT AND UGLY thouse comments can scare someone for life i didnt have any motovation than to do anything about it as they years went on i just kept ganning the weight now here i am today I can hardly breath My boobs are hudge and i hate it my back always hurts and i just dont wanna do anything at all I wanna have a baby in the future so i wanna make myself healthy first so i can have a healthy pregnancy





    So Here i am today I am 23 years old and i weight 316 My goal is to lose 150 pounds and I Know i can do it with this surgery as my tool I can not wait to be healthy and have energey again .. Its been a week today since i stoped drinking soda and coffee and anything with sugar in it and I am watching what i eat and I eat so much to start this wounderful journey that i am about to take on and this week i am about to start walking everyday to make my jourmey be succesful i cant wait to get energy because I wanna do ZUMBA so bad ..





    So if anyone has any tips please feel free to share and did anyone have any bad side effects

As some of you may already know i am getting banded on 2/15/11 And i am so excited to be taking on this new journery of a new me I had all of my laps ekgs and everything already i just have to do my sleep apena on 1/13 wich might be alittle akward for me but i get to take the machine home and do it there so thats an awesome thing and i am so lucky that i have a very supportive husband he has helped me alot through this whole thing ... as one of my blogs i have written previously was to whin my self of coffee and soda so i can be fully prepared for surgery and yay today is day number two with out them at all i have just been drinking water which is the best thng for you....

    So one more month excatly untill I start the liquid diet form my surgey on feb 2 I am so excited to be getting banded its a new year so its time for a new me and a new beging feel free to give me any tips to make my surgery succesful have an awesome year everyone and stay positive that's what we all need to do

    Good Morning Everyone I hope everyone is staying warm!! I was woundering if anyone knows and good books that i can buy about the lap band surgery I am being banded 2/15 and I just would like no know everything that I can about it. I seen some cooking books at the bookstore that have to do with healthy dishes u can make after surgery. Thanks Have a wounderful day

I am very nervous about getting the surgery maybe its because i have never had surgery before I am also very happy about getting the surgery because i feel like i am falling apart my body doesnt want to do anything anymore its hard for me to get up i loss my breath really easily its not a good feeling at all .. does anyone have any types that well make the surgey go smothly and have a fast healing proccess

  11. So I am being banded in feb and boy oh boy do i like my iced lattes and soda . Which I have to stop drinking but its all going to be worth it .. I am going to be whinning myself off of them so i dont get caffine headaches which i do get when i dont have any caffine so the doctor reccomned that i do it slowly so I dont get really bad ones when i start my two week diet and than after the surgery plus they have alot of sugar in them so thats not a good thing because of the calories . I am getting reALLY nervous for this surgery but im sure i well do really well with it I am so excited!!!!
