Good Morning Everyone I hope everyone is staying warm!! I was woundering if anyone knows and good books that i can buy about the lap band surgery I am being banded 2/15 and I just would like no know everything that I can about it. I seen some cooking books at the bookstore that have to do with healthy dishes u can make after surgery. Thanks Have a wounderful day :):D

    Mr doctor's office gave me a book called "The Lap-Band solution Book" by Dr. Paul O'Brien. I loved it and still read it from time to time
