{{/* BP structured-data corrections, 2026-08-04. buildMetaTags() runs in Dispatcher\Front before the head renders, and includeJS serialises Output::i()->jsonLd at the end of body, so mutating the array here is what actually ships. 1. I found that if I dont slow down and eat 3 meals a day, and drink water all day (except before and after eating) that my loss slows way down.
  2. I would not give up my band for anything in the world, it is working well for me and I have only had 1 fill so far. I will admit, I have had to stay pretty disciplined, there are times I could eat more, however I know when I get my next fill I am going to be glad I trained my self now.
  3. I was banded May 19th, when I stand up, I can feel the port, and it hurts if I bump it. From the post's I have read, it seems fairly normal.
  4. 1+ months out, port sticks out the most while I am standing, I dont even notice untill I push on it, or bump it, I kind of look at it as part of the deal I signed up for. I will take a tender spot over the weight gain!
  5. I was banded May 19th, the first week was hard, very hungry, the sight of chicken broth made me feel sick as I drank so much. After I got thru all of that I feel GREAT! I am walking every day, went back to work and all pain is gone. I get my first fill July 1st, I am looking forward to it.
