Thank you finallyncontrol. I to was potassium deficient I did a whole posting on that it put me into the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack. I now have my Dr. do a potassium blood check every 3 months to keep up on that. The levels should be 3.5, mine is 3.3 now still working on getting it up higher. Yes I made them so creamy that they would go down oh so easy. I cook all my own food so I know just what am eating I use a lot of low calorie Butter-buttery spreads & 1% milk. You can puree just about anything. Good luck.
